Gaynor's extreme breasts make her self-conscious. "If I am shopping or out on an errand, I draw a lot of stares from all men and a lot of comments too from the rude ones. If I don't want to be approached or noticed, I'll wear an extra-extra large baggy sweatshirt to conceal my boobs as best as I can. I won't wear anything that shows cleavage. When it's warm out, too warm for heavy garments, then I have to throw caution to the wind and just make the best of it and get on with it."
